Cancellation rights and digital services
Cancellation right for consumers
If you are a consumer as defined by Section 13 of the German Civil Code, you generally have the right to cancel an online contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.
How to exercise the right

Meeting the deadline
It is sufficient to send your cancellation notice before the cancellation period expires.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. We use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur a fee for the reimbursement.
Digital content and digital services
OnlyHomes supplies digital features including credits, rendering, property videos, downloads, and share pages. Depending on the subject of the contract, the statutory rules for digital content or services may apply. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the cancellation right expires when performance begins only after your express consent to early performance, your acknowledgement that the right is thereby lost, and the required contract confirmation. For services, the cancellation right generally expires only once the service has been fully performed after your express request for early performance and acknowledgement of the consequences. If you cancel a service earlier, you may owe a proportionate amount for performance already supplied where the statutory requirements are met.
Use of credits
At checkout you may expressly request immediate provision of the digital credits and performance before the cancellation period ends. The effect on your cancellation right depends on whether the contract concerns digital content or a service and arises only if all statutory requirements are met. Your declaration is recorded in the contract confirmation.
